OK, so I’m tired of being overweight. I know, join the millions of others who say the same thing right? Well, while in search of the elusive “perfect diet” I realized that there’s so many, how would I know which was best if I didn’t try them ALL!? Thus, my Diet-a-Day idea was born.
I start this journey with 169 lovely pounds on what used to be a naturally slim frame. I had a baby 6 months ago but this definitely isn’t baby weight, it’s just weight now, so it must go. My goal is to get back to 120 pounds where I feel comfortable and healthy.
Now, some of these regimes are formulated to be more long-term “lifestyle” changes rather than temporary diet options, but I am going to tell you guys what the results of each of these are with just a 30 day change. I’ll rate them 1-5 in generic categories that they affect: Satisfaction Level, Easiness, Mood Impact, Weight Loss, and Sleep Quality.
